Super User Discount Level

Super User Discount Level is a number of points that is calculated automatically depending on the number of active accounts listed in your super user account and the package of each account.

Each range of points gives you permanent discount on your new orders, permanent means you will get the same discount percentage when you renew this hosting account disregarding the current discount level on the time of renewal.

How we calculate the Super User Discount Level:

Each hosting account under your supper user will get the points in the table below, For example if you have 5 Personal+ hosting accounts and 3 Business accounts then your Super User Discount Level will be 14 points.

Package name Points
Personal+ 1
All-Inclusive 2
Business 3

How we calculate the discount on the new orders:

Automatically, your points will generate a discount percent on each new order you place, this discount will be calculated like the following:

Discount Level Points Discount percent
less than 5 points no discount
5-9 points 5% discount
10-19 points 10% discount
20-24 points 15% discount
25-29 points 20% discount
30 points and more 25% discount

Terms and notes:

  • The Discount percent is permanent per hosting account, if you get 20% discount when you order a hosting account then you will renew the account with a 20% discount even if your current discount percentage is more or less than 20%.
  • The Discount percent is permanent per hosting account as long as the hosting account is active, if the hosting account is suspended due to lack of payment, the discount will be permanently removed from the hosting account.
  • Switching a hosting account between super users will reset the discount percent for this hosting account  to 0%, For example, if you have domainA.com with 15% discount percent and removed it from a super user account to another one the discount  percent will be reset to 0%.
  • 2MHost reserves the right to modify the program or cancel it at anytime for all or some users, we reserve the right in order to protect the system against abuse usage.
