This is going to be my third year with 2MHost. The performance and value are outstanding. I have had a bunch of annoying problems, and tech support and customer service have been pretty spotty in helping me. But overall, it's a good service.

I have been using 2MHost for almost two years now and I recommend it's services to all my clients. The greatest selling point? Cost! The second greatest? Service! Most people think cheap hosting = cheap services- NOT SO! The goodies inside the package are just as wonderful- the added tools 2M provides are invaluable and easy to use. Most important to my clients- RELIABILITY! The server is always up- I have never experienced an issue with the infamous "down time" villian. Email accounts work seamlessly.
Problems? Everyone has issues now and then- the 2M team responded in less than 20 minutes to a recent question, other times it has been no longer than 24 hours. Everyone says they provide this service- but we all know they don't! 2M offers ACCOUNTABILITY. They know it's their job to improve your customer experience. Instead of fixing the problem once- they build tools and excellent tutorials to help solve the same issue in the future. Now that's a company to watch.
We have all taken longer to write a complaint letter to a business. Her\'s a reminder to compliment those doing the right things right. Send some well deserved praise to these guys! Thanks 2M! You guys ROCK!

The Part that I think is your most outstanding asset is the support. When I first set up the site they were very quick to respond and very helpful. Also the price is worth every penny. I have never created a website before,didn't know about leasing an address,nor knew how to go about hosting a website. If I can do it..... anyone can!! I am very happy with your product and services. It took me a little bit to understand the basics from help from friends and self study. I still don't know very much, but enough to present a website for our motorcycle chapter that presents a good image.
Your company was recommended to me from IT personnel at my place of employment and I would likewise recommend your company to anyone interested in a one stop (lease address and host) shop!
